About The Mercury Diner

The Mercury Diner is a cosmic-meets-retro full-service diner and bar on Parsons Avenue in Schumacher Place, opened in 2022 in the former A&R's Crest Gastropub space. The long room features a giant rectangular bar, plush red booths and high tops, serving breakfast, lunch and a full cocktail and beer program with optional boozy shakes. It is a restaurant with a bar program rather than a true music venue, and is best categorized as restaurant_bar even though the original DTB seed entry classified it as nightlife.
